Last night the part of Orion that retrived the DPR numbers and tan counts etc.. locked up. Your counts are correct on your computer and Solarware but not on Orion. Orion has been restarted and within the next few hours, your numbers on Orion should match what your Solarware displays.

Email Client Setup:
SMTP Setup:
SMTP (outgoing) Server should be “mail.planetbeach.com”.
You want to use SMTP authentication (username and password) and an email address (can be any on your account) for the user name. If you get errors connecting to the email server, change the port to 2525 — that’s two 25s. Some ISPs block port 25 (regular SMTP port) to stop spammers from sending out on their networks. As you can see this doesn’t help as a simple port change gets around this.
POP3 Setup:
The POP3 (incoming) server should be mail.planetbeach.com.
The username should be the complete email address.
Use the password that you have for the email account.
IMAP Setup:
Server should be mail.planetbeach.com
Username is the complete email address.
Use the password that you have for the email account.
Webmail:
You can login to your email account’s webmail by going to: http://webmail.planetbeach.com/
The username is the complete email address — firstname.lastnamel@planetbeach.com.
The password is the one have set for the account.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
02.22.08
This is only for franchisees that have signed up with FPN, Franchise Payment Network, within the past month for credit cards and/or gift cards. Please contact FPN at 866.420.4613 to validate your account. The only card swiper we use is a wedge swiper that you may purchase at Dell.com or CDW.com. The desktop terminals, similar to the ones at gas stations, will not work with Solarware.net/spa.

All,
To ensure that the recent and ongoing problems we have had with email connectivity are a thing of the past, we have decided to use a managed service’s company to host Planet Beach’s email. We will no longer house email servers at the corporate level. This will enable us to have a more effective “up time” and also free us of any maintenance to email servers.
Beginning Friday, February 15, 2008 at 9:00pm cst, the service will take effect. Your generic username and password to begin will coincide with your present username. Upon logging in for the first time you should change your password immediately!!
At initial login you will not have your present emails. All email will be gradually moved over to your new inbox. To view your present or legacy emails please go to http://webmail.planetbeach.com for details and for step-by-step instructions on how to begin using the new email service. To change your password immediately go to http://myaccount.simplicato.com.
** Any username with an apostrophe must remove the apostrophe, (ex. O’Bannon – will be OBannon). Cell phone users please view the website for instructions on how to receive email via your pda phones.
This is a huge transition but we felt it should take place now instead of being without email any longer. Thus we apologize for short notice.
After following the instructions from the link above and you are still having problems please give the afterhours help desk a call. 877.675.6283
